Internship Overview
The Bank of Uganda invites applications for its 2026 Internship Program, offering students an opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional financial institution.
The program will run in three intakes, each lasting one month:
- June 2026
- July 2026
- August 2026
Application Requirements
Applicants must submit the following documents online:
- A cover letter
- Certified academic transcript/testimonial (showing full results for Year 1 & Year 2)
- Introductory letter from your institution
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.6
- Provide proof of continuing student status
- Be pursuing a course relevant to Bank of Uganda operations
Selection Criteria
Selection will be based on:
- Academic merit
- Relevance of study program
- Availability of slots
- First-come, first-served basis
How to Apply
Applications must be submitted online via the Bank of Uganda website starting 27 April 2026.
